The Rise of Social Infrastructure Projects in the Middle East
Event agenda
After decades of the Power and Water Sector dominating the PPP market in the Middle East, we are now seeing a growing number of healthcare, educational, and accommodation projects coming to the market. This growing trend is seen as a response by Governments in the Middle East to a fast-growing population and the ambition to provide their inhabitants with best-in-class Social Infrastructure.
Hear from the organisations who have been involved in the successful development and delivery of these types of assets and the challenges and the lessons learnt to date. In addition, we will also be discussing the opportunities that developing Social Infrastructure under a PPP framework presents for Government bodies, developers, contractors, investors and society as a whole.
We would like to thank our host BESIX Group for collaborating with us on this event.
