Access to Infrastructure: Using Existing Ducts and Pipes to Install New Fibre Broadband

The demand for fibre broadband is growing, particularly as more of us are working from home, but it’s not always easy to install new fibre broadband cables. So why not use existing pipes and ducts like sewers? A recent review of the Access to Infrastructure Regulations looked at why utilities aren’t better at sharing.
