Structuring the Deal Series: Bankability – The Legal Perspective

Session 1 – What Makes a Project Bankable? The Legal Perspective.

With so many different players and factors involved in the development of a project, IPFA explores, through a 3 part webinar series, what makes a project bankable from the legal, technical and financial perspectives. This series will provide a comprehensive insight into the different stages and perspectives of how to structure a PF/PPP deal and is targeted at IPFA’s Future Leaders Network.

In the first session, Hogan Lovells Partner and IPFA UK FLN Committee Chair, Alex Harrison, provides an overview of the core elements of the bankability of PPP and energy project finance transactions, including core legal risk allocation and contractual risk mitigants.
