With so many different players and factors involved in the development of a project, IPFA explores, through a 3 part webinar series, what makes a project bankable from the legal, technical and financial perspectives.

Building on the first two sessions, Aviva Investors will look at the financial aspects required to make a project bankable. Isaac Vaz and Adam Goldsmith, two members of the Infrastructure Equity and Infrastructure Debt team, will look at aspects such as financial structure, sensitivity and scenario analysis, financial and operation covenants and the interaction between debt and equity.
