World Mental Health Day
World Mental Health Day, 10 October
10th October is World Mental Health Day. The theme this year is ‘Mental Health in an Unequal World’, and aims to highlight the impact of an increasingly polarised and unequal world on people’s mental health.
To honour World Mental Health Day, have released two interviews in the Our Voices, Our Stories series, and have complied some resources for support and to encourage more open dialogue about mental health.
