Our good friends Kate Boorer & Fiona Pearman, authors of Core Confidence, are experts in working with women who struggle with self doubt and confidence. The Ten Building Blocks to Core Confidence published in their book serves as a reference guide for this practical, outcomes focused online program.

Designed to reconnect participants with their inner resource of Core Confidence, the overall focus is to develop awareness of their relationship with confidence, understand what strategies or self-sabotage techniques are getting in the way of staying in contact with their Core Confidence and support them in taking one big ACT of Confidence. Kate & Fiona also address the systemic and structural dynamics that influence the gender imbalance present in many leadership pipelines.

Course information

The online blended learning program runs 4 times per year in a public program and once purchased participants can participate in 2 live programs across a 12-month period.
The program follows a weekly cadence across the 7 Acts of Confidence that includes:
a short video (7-10 min) and worksheet to facilitate reflection and application
a weekly 45-minute live Q&A video session to examine each topic in more detail
a more intimate peer coaching conversation to drive accountability and provide further support.
