Phil Adam
Partner, Head of Infrastructure, Debt & Capital Advisory, Deloitte
Phil is a Partner in Deloitte’s Advisory Corporate Finance team. He joined Deloitte in 2019 to establish and head up the Real Assets Debt & Capital Advisory team. Prior to joining Deloitte, Phil held various investment banking roles with CIBC World Markets, HSBC, and BNP Paribas. His experience spans all infrastructure sectors including power & renewables, transport, social infrastructure, and digital & telecoms. His product experience includes debt advisory, lead advisory (infrastructure M&A), lending, and debt capital markets.
Phil’s sector and product experience has been gleaned through participation in numerous precedent setting transactions where he and his team introduced new assets classes to the market and/ or developed innovative financing solutions to enhance deal economics or secure access to the requisite debt market liquidity.
Post joining Deloitte, Phil and his team have been exceptionally active the market having closed deals across various sectors including waste, renewable energy, and digital.
