Kim is a Director in Fitch’s Global Infrastructure and Project Finance Group, based in London.  Kim joined Fitch Ratings in the summer of 2017 and is working on energy project finance and social infrastructure transactions.  He has more than 20 years of experience covering a multitude of projects across a range of sectors.  Prior to joining Fitch Ratings Kim was Partner at Elgar Middleton Infrastructure and Energy Finance LLP where he provided buy-side advice on about 100MW of solar PV projects and 50MW of reserve power projects.  Before that he was a co-founder of and Senior Partner at Prime Number Infrastructure Finance LLP where he provided consulting services on a significant number of energy from waste proposals.  Kim started out at financial modelling specialist firm Operis, and subsequently joined CIBC World Markets’ project and infrastructure team where he advised on big ticket innovative deals.
