Dessislava Strothmann is Head of Value of Money and PPP at the Autobahn GmbH in Berlin, Germany.  She is an expert in financing issues of PPP in the transport sector, financial modelling, value for money and project finance.

Dessislava worked at the Transport Infrastructure Financing Company (VIFG) in Berlin from 2008 to 2019. Before joining the VIFG, she was employed at a German central and corporate bank in Frankfurt am Main, where she started her professional career in the credit department for project and acquisition finance.

Dessislava studied at the University of Mannheim and graduated with a master’s degree in economics. She is fluent in German, English and Bulgarian and speaks Spanish and Russian.
