We may not recognize this but we regularly encounter situations where we are required to negotiate and influence others both at the workplace and outside the workplace. As such, negotiating and influencing skills is critical for individual and organizational success. This session is an introduction to some of the frameworks, techniques and approaches which you can use to manage contrasting opinions to reach to a reasonable solution.
