IPFA Global Operations

Collaborating with over 570 members, the IPFA operates worldwide and is continually expanding to provide a continuous programme of over 80 industry events, workshops and consultations throughout the year in Africa, the Americas, Asia, Australia, Continental Europe, the Middle East, Nordic Regions, Russia & the CIS, Turkey and the UK & Ireland, all of which are free of charge to members.

Working closely with governments, multilateral development banks and IFIs, IPFA events are focused on investment and development matters that are of critical interest to infrastructure and energy practitioners, enabling a unique opportunity to network with senior, decision making professionals, across the industry. Agendas typically feature distinguished, high-profile speakers with expert industry knowledge updating members as to key trends in existing and new markets.

Through the establishment of working committees and steering groups, IPFA examines key issues and concerns facing the industry and produces recommendations and responses to consultation papers. IPFA also designs and delivers training programmes for governments, public sector bodies and private sector companies across the world; the association supports universities and business schools with their introduction of project finance into graduate and post graduate courses.
